Dimensions:
Lau I - 10.5" high / 2" diameter
Lau II - 9" high / 2" diameter

Lau means "leaf" in Hawaiian.  These sweet little standing vessels are made from part of the rare Chambreyonia Palm sheath.  Both are weighted in the bottom for stability when a gentle breeze blows through your home.  Trimmed with hand made paper, and completed with a hand rubbed polyurethane finish.

Sold as a set - they compliment each other nicely - or perfect to give one and keep one so you both have a part of Hawaii in your home.  They can be purchased individually, contact Shelley and she can make that adjustment. If sold separately, Lau I is $95 and Lau II is $85

Like all of Shelley's creations, this is a one of a kind piece that cannot be duplicated; it is literally a piece of Hawaiʻi Island.  Each sheath is sustainably harvested from natural fallen leaves from beautiful, giant palm trees (about 10 different varieties).  A wonderful way to remember your island experience or bring the warmth of the tropics into everyday life.  #takehawaiihome
