Palm Hoops will become a staple in your earring repertoire that come in two "must have" sizes. Handmade by the artist from thin strips of sturdy palm sheath, the colors will naturally vary. The back of the sheath has an added pop of color (green, blue or bronze). Stitched with waxed linen, they are completed with a museum quality archival finish of encaustic wax. The earwires are antique bronze colored niobium wire, the perfect solution for sensitive ears. Niobium has excellent hypo-allergenic properties.

Like all of Shelley's creations, this is a one of a kind piece that cannot be duplicated; it is literally a piece of Hawaiʻi Island. Each sheath is sustainably harvested from natural fallen leaves from beautiful, giant palm trees (about 10 different varieties).
